Summary
This study is testing a new system designed to help more people with mental health conditions get better care in Mozambique. It focuses on training and supporting local health workers to help patients stay in treatment, take their medication, and improve their daily functioning. The goal is to see if this approach can make the entire mental health care system work better for patients.
