NCT ID NCT05897619
Summary
This study is testing whether a new mobile app is easy to use and helpful for people who are pregnant or recently had a baby and are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress. About 75 participants will use the app, which teaches therapy-based skills over 12 sessions, and provide feedback on their experience. The main goal is to see if the app is a practical and acceptable tool for this group, with the hope that using it will be linked to feeling better.
