Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help medical students feel less depressed and more resilient to stress. 220 students will be randomly assigned to either get full access to the app or a basic version for three months. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the app improves symptoms of depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.
