Summary
This study aims to help people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder take their prescribed medication more consistently. It will first check how well a simple online questionnaire reflects actual medication use. Then, it will test a 10-session online group program, led by professionals and peers, to see if it improves participants' ability to stick with their treatment plan over six months.
