Summary
This study aims to understand how women's menstrual cycles and birth control pills affect how their bodies build muscle proteins after weight training. Researchers will measure protein building in muscle and throughout the body in 20 active women during different cycle phases. The goal is to gather better information to create more effective exercise and nutrition advice specifically for women.
