Your monthly cycle may change how you walk and sleep
NCT ID NCT07152262
Summary
This study aims to understand how different phases of the menstrual cycle affect walking patterns, pelvic movement, and sleep quality in healthy women. Researchers will measure 40 women aged 18-35 during three specific cycle phases using walking sensors and sleep questionnaires. The goal is to learn whether natural hormonal changes lead to measurable differences in how women move and sleep throughout their cycles.
