Summary

This study aims to understand how menopause and poor sleep together affect heart function in women with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will follow 381 women aged 48-58 who are going through menopause and have diabetes, using heart scans and sleep tracking. The goal is to learn how these factors combine to increase heart disease risk, which could lead to better prevention strategies in the future.
