Doctors track hundreds of knee surgeries to find what leads to best recovery

NCT ID NCT04153643

Summary

This study created a database of information from 376 patients who had a common knee surgery called an arthroscopic partial meniscectomy. The goal was to collect data on pain, function, and recovery to look for patterns over time and identify which factors might predict better or worse outcomes. It did not test a new treatment but aimed to improve understanding of recovery from this standard procedure.
