Can a meningitis vaccine protect vulnerable kids?

NCT ID NCT07252804

Summary

This study aims to see how well a meningococcal B vaccine works in children and adolescents who have autoimmune rheumatic diseases like lupus, arthritis, or dermatomyositis. Researchers will compare the vaccine's effectiveness and safety in these patients to healthy children. The study will also check if the vaccine affects the underlying disease or if a child's physical activity level influences how well the vaccine works.
