Can a meningitis shot protect vulnerable kids?
NCT ID NCT07252804
Summary
This study aims to see if a meningitis B vaccine is safe and effective for children and teenagers who have autoimmune diseases like lupus or juvenile arthritis. Researchers will give the vaccine to about 260 participants, including both patients and healthy children for comparison, and check their immune response and any side effects over a year. They also want to learn if the children's level of physical activity affects how well the vaccine works.
