Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two medications, nortriptyline and topiramate, can improve symptoms of Meniere's disease, a chronic inner ear disorder that causes vertigo, hearing loss, and tinnitus. The trial will involve 40 adults with active Meniere's disease. Participants will receive either the drug combo or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes in quality of life and symptom severity over time.
