Summary

This study looks at whether a six-month program of reciting Chinese classics can improve memory in people aged 60 and older who feel their memory is getting worse but don't have dementia. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one does the recitation training, the other does nothing special. Researchers will use brain scans, blood tests, and other measures to see if the training helps and how it might work.
