Summary
This study aims to understand which types of brain training work best to improve memory, focus, and thinking skills in teenagers, including those with ADHD. Researchers will test six different training setups with 780 adolescents over 4 weeks to see which methods are most effective for different individuals. The study measures how well participants stick with the training and whether it leads to improvements in cognitive skills and well-being.
