Can better memory lead to better sleep? new study aims to help older adults remember their treatment
NCT ID NCT05986604
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special memory support technique to a standard sleep and body clock treatment helps older adults remember the treatment better. Researchers want to see if remembering the treatment leads to better sleep, improved daytime functioning, and greater well-being. They are enrolling 178 adults aged 50 and older who have sleep problems to compare the standard treatment with the treatment plus memory support.
