Summary

This study aims to learn what happens to people with the rare bone disease melorheostosis over time and what causes it. Researchers will follow 350 adults with the condition, performing exams, scans, and genetic tests every few years to track how the disease changes. The goal is to understand the disease better, which could eventually lead to improved management and pain relief for patients.
