Summary

This study looks at whether taking melatonin for 12 weeks can improve blood pressure in women going through menopause who also have high blood pressure. Researchers will measure nighttime blood pressure and markers of oxidative stress. The goal is to find a simple way to help control heart disease risk in this group.
