Summary
This study tested different doses of melatonin to see which one best improves sleep quality in children with autism who have trouble sleeping. Researchers worked with 26 autistic children aged 3-12 to measure how melatonin affected their nighttime awakenings, sleep patterns, and daytime behavior.
