First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests if using ultrasound to deliver a medicine mix (tranexamic acid and glutathione) can safely treat melasma, a skin condition causing dark patches on the face. About 35 adults aged 20-55 will join. Each person's face is split in half to compare the treated side with the untreated side. The goal is to see if the patches get lighter over 20 weeks.
