Summary
This study tested a new approach for people with advanced melanoma (stage III or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants received injections of a gene therapy directly into their tumors, plus an oral activator drug, to boost the immune system's ability to fight cancer. The main goal was to check safety and tolerability, with 26 adults enrolled.
