New drug combo aims to shrink melanoma before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (fianlimab and cemiplimab) before surgery can shrink melanoma tumors in people with stage IIIB to IV melanoma. About 35 adults will receive the drugs, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major or complete response in their tumors.
