New hope for Tough-to-Treat melanoma: triple therapy trial opens

Summary
This study is testing whether combining three immunotherapy drugs—fianlimab, cemiplimab, and ipilimumab—is safe and effective for people with advanced melanoma that has continued to grow despite previous immunotherapy treatment. The trial will enroll 88 adults whose melanoma has progressed after standard anti-PD-1 therapy. Researchers aim to see if this three-drug approach can shrink tumors and control the cancer with manageable side effects.
