Summary
This study aims to find out if taking planned breaks from standard immunotherapy works as well as taking it continuously for people with advanced melanoma. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving treatment non-stop for up to two years, and another taking breaks when the cancer is under control. The goal is to see if both approaches help patients live just as long, while potentially reducing side effects, clinic visits, and healthcare costs.
