First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding infliximab (a drug used for arthritis) to standard immunotherapy can reduce serious side effects while still treating advanced melanoma. About 36 adults with stage 3 or 4 melanoma who haven't had prior treatment will receive either immunotherapy alone or with infliximab. The goal is to see if the combination is safer and still effective.
