Triple-Drug attack on melanoma before surgery shows promise

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (cemiplimab, fianlimab, and ipilimumab) given before surgery to people with stage III or IV melanoma that can be removed. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps shrink the cancer. About 20 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
