Morning infusions may boost melanoma immunotherapy

Summary
This study looks at whether giving immunotherapy earlier in the day works better for advanced melanoma. About 108 people will be randomly assigned to morning or afternoon infusions. The goal is to see if timing improves how long the cancer stays under control, especially for women.
