Summary
This study looks at whether giving immunotherapy earlier in the day can help people with advanced melanoma live longer without their cancer growing. Researchers will compare morning versus later-day infusions in 108 adults. The goal is to see if matching treatment timing with the body's natural daily rhythms improves effectiveness.
