Summary

This study aims to see if a new, proposed biosimilar drug called GME751 works similarly to the established drug Keytruda (pembrolizumab). It involves 322 adults with stage II or III melanoma who have had their cancer surgically removed. The goal is to prevent the cancer from returning by comparing how the body processes the two drugs, their effectiveness, safety, and immune responses over about 28 weeks.
