Summary
This study tested an oral drug called MEK162 in children whose low-grade brain tumors had come back or grown after standard treatment. The main goals were to find a safe dose for kids and to see if the drug could shrink these tumors. About 105 children took the pill twice a day for up to two years while doctors monitored their response.
