Summary
This study is testing personalized chemotherapy plans for children under 5 years old who have a type of brain cancer called medulloblastoma. Doctors will assign different treatment combinations based on the child's specific tumor type and age, aiming to control the cancer while trying to limit long-term side effects on thinking and development. The trial will follow 130 children for up to 7 years to see how well the treatments work and how they affect quality of life.
