Summary

This study is testing a new support program called MedSupport, designed to help parents and caregivers give their children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) the correct doses of oral chemotherapy at home. Researchers want to see if this program helps families overcome common challenges and improves medication adherence compared to usual care. The goal is to help children stay on their treatment plan, which is critical for preventing the cancer from coming back.
