NCT ID NCT07310225
Summary
This study compared three popular healthy diets—Mediterranean, DASH, and MIND—to see which one best helps people with type 2 diabetes manage their condition. Researchers measured blood sugar, cholesterol, weight, and body fat in 90 adults with diabetes to see how well they followed each diet and how it affected their health. The goal was to find out which eating pattern might offer the most benefit for controlling diabetes and related health factors.
