Can a mediterranean diet work far from the mediterranean sea?
NCT ID NCT05292833
Summary
This study aimed to see if people with type 2 diabetes living in France could follow a Mediterranean diet for a year. Researchers enrolled 60 patients to learn about their eating habits, teach them the diet, and then check in at 3 and 12 months. The main goal was to see how many people could stick to the diet and to understand the real-life challenges they faced.
