Summary
This study looked at whether teaching pregnant women about the Mediterranean diet could lower harmful molecules called reactive oxygen species and boost antioxidants in their blood. Eighty healthy women in their first trimester either received online diet counseling or no guidance. The goal was to see if diet changes could reduce oxidative stress and potentially improve pregnancy outcomes.
