Summary
This study compares regular milk (containing A1 and A2 proteins) with milk that has only A2 protein in 100 healthy pregnant women. Researchers will measure gut symptoms, inflammation levels, and pregnancy outcomes from 12 weeks of pregnancy until 40 days after birth. The goal is to see if A2-only milk is easier on digestion and reduces inflammation during pregnancy.
