Summary
This study looks at how well people with type 1 diabetes follow the Mediterranean diet after starting the Minimed 780G insulin pump, and whether that affects their blood sugar levels and insulin use. About 240 participants aged 7 and older will be observed for 12 months. The goal is to understand the link between diet, pump settings, and long-term heart health.
