This study looks at 240 people with type 1 diabetes who are starting to use the MiniMed 780G insulin pump. Researchers want to see if following a Mediterranean diet helps improve blood sugar levels and insulin use over 12 weeks. They will also check heart health and other body measures for up to a year.
