Summary
This study looked at whether teaching breastfeeding women about the Mediterranean diet could improve their mental health and sleep. 134 healthy women in Jordan took part, with some getting nutrition lessons and others not. Researchers tracked diet, weight, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and sleep over six months.
