Can 3 weeks of mediterranean food shape a Toddler's lifelong health?
NCT ID NCT07309536
Summary
This study is testing whether feeding toddlers a Mediterranean diet for three weeks can improve their gut health, reduce dietary inflammation, and influence body composition. Researchers will provide free meal boxes and nutrition education to parents of 40 toddlers to see if this early dietary intervention helps establish healthy eating patterns. The goal is to understand how diet in early childhood might help prevent chronic diseases later in life.
