Summary
This study will test if learning Transcendental Meditation helps prevent high blood pressure in postmenopausal women who are at risk. Researchers will compare meditation to standard health education classes over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can improve stress, blood pressure, and menopausal symptoms.
