Can 'Feeding your Demons' meditation ease Women's inner struggles?

Summary

This study is testing if a specific meditation practice, called 'Feeding Your Demons,' can help women feel better about themselves and their bodies. It will compare this practice to a standard mindfulness meditation course. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, body image, and self-compassion in 122 women over eight weeks and again six months later.
