Summary
This study aimed to understand if long-term meditation practice affects how the brain ages and the quality of sleep. Researchers compared about 57 experienced meditators with 51 non-meditators. Participants wore special headbands and rings at home to record their brain waves and sleep for several nights and also took online memory and mood tests.
