Summary

This study is testing a specific meditation practice called 'Feeding Your Demons' to see if it helps women feel better about their bodies and improves their overall mental well-being. Researchers will compare it to a standard mindfulness meditation program over eight weeks. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at boosting body acceptance, self-compassion, and psychological health.
