Summary

This study is testing whether using a guided meditation headband and app can help people sleep better, feel less stressed, and improve their mood and thinking skills. Researchers at Mayo Clinic are enrolling 40 U.S. adults to try the meditation program at home. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use technology can support mental and emotional well-being.
