Summary
This study is exploring whether learning and practicing Transcendental Meditation can help reduce how often people get migraines and improve their daily life. It involves 30 adults in the US who experience migraines 6 to 14 days per month. Participants will learn the meditation technique and practice it twice daily for three months while researchers track their migraine patterns and quality of life.
