Summary
This study is testing whether a specific meditation technique called ThetaHealing can help first-time mothers manage labor pain and reduce fear during childbirth. Researchers will provide meditation training to some participants before birth and measure their pain and brain activity during labor. The goal is to see if this mind-body practice can improve the birth experience and comfort.
