Summary

This study is investigating whether practicing a specific 21-minute meditation daily for 6 months leads to measurable changes in brain health. Researchers will compare 80 adults who meditate to a similar group who do not, using brain scans and other tests. The goal is to understand if this meditation practice can objectively improve brain function and slow brain aging.
