Summary

This study tests if sending patients a brief, informative prompt before their doctor's appointment helps improve conversations about medications. It focuses on older adults (65+) to see if this leads to safer prescribing of statins or safer deprescribing of potentially risky medications. The goal is to see if this simple reminder can help doctors and patients make better medication decisions together.
