NCT ID NCT07223463
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a tailored coaching program can help adolescents and young adults (ages 15-24) with cancer take their oral medications as prescribed. Participants will work with a coach over four sessions to identify and overcome barriers to adherence, using an electronic pill bottle to track progress. The study will compare this personalized approach to a standard text-message feedback program, measuring adherence, quality of life, and healthcare use.
