This study looks at whether a special toolkit can help primary care clinics get more older adults on Medicare to come in for annual wellness visits. The goal is to increase use of important preventive services like vaccines and cancer screenings. About 13,000 patients and 16 clinics across the U.S. are taking part. Researchers will track how many patients get their wellness visit and recommended preventive care.
