Summary

This study aims to find the best way to help people who lost their Medicaid health insurance due to paperwork problems. Researchers will test if a live phone call from a helper is more effective than a pre-recorded message at getting people re-enrolled. They will track over 400,000 people in Wisconsin to see which outreach method works better.
