Summary

This study looks at whether a live phone call from a Navigator can help people who lost their Medicaid coverage due to paperwork issues get re-enrolled. Researchers will compare live calls to pre-recorded messages. The study involves up to 230,000 people in Wisconsin who lost Medicaid between June 2024 and November 2025.
